Prenup Journey is an online guided tool that helps couples draft cohabitation and prenuptial agreements. It is operated by CohabMonkey, based in Ireland.
By accessing or using Prenup Journey at prenupjourney.com or purchasing access via Gumroad, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Not Legal Advice
Laws governing cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements and related matters vary significantly between countries and, in the United States, between individual states. A document that is valid in one jurisdiction may not be valid or enforceable in another.
You must consult a qualified family law solicitor or attorney in your jurisdiction before signing any agreement produced using this tool. Both partners should obtain independent legal advice.

3. Your Data & Privacy
Because we do not collect, store or process your personal data, our obligations under GDPR and other privacy regulations are minimal. However, we are committed to your privacy and will never request, collect or sell your personal information.
If you choose to save or download your agreement draft, the resulting file is stored on your own device under your own control.
4. Payment & Refunds
Access to Prenup Journey is sold as a one-time digital product via Gumroad. Payment is processed by Gumroad Inc. and is subject to their terms of service.
- Payment grants you personal, non-transferable access to the Prenup Journey tool
- Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once access has been granted
- If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the tool, please contact us and we will do our best to assist
- Pricing is displayed in US dollars and may be subject to local taxes depending on your country
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CohabMonkey and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any reliance on documents or content produced by Prenup Journey as legal advice
- The enforceability or validity of any agreement created using this tool in any jurisdiction
- Any loss, damage or expense arising from the use or inability to use this service
- Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the content of this tool
- Any data loss resulting from clearing browser data, device loss or technical failure
Your use of this service is entirely at your own risk. The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, methodology and software comprising Prenup Journey is the intellectual property of CohabMonkey and is protected by copyright law.

- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this service without written permission
- The 12-step methodology and exhibit system are proprietary to CohabMonkey
The agreement draft you create using this tool is your own document and you retain full ownership of its contents.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Prenup Journey only for its intended purpose — to create a cohabitation or prenuptial agreement draft for your own personal use. You agree not to:
- Use the tool for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to copy, reverse engineer or extract the source code or methodology of the tool
- Use the tool to create agreements on behalf of others commercially without written permission
- Misrepresent any document produced by this tool as having been prepared by a legal professional

Prenup Journey may contain links to third-party websites including lawyers, financial advisors and other services. These links are provided for your convenience only.
- CohabMonkey does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content or services
- Some links may be affiliate links — we may receive a referral fee if you use these services
- Any affiliate relationship will not affect the price you pay for third-party services

9. Changes to This Service
CohabMonkey reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue Prenup Journey at any time without notice. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from your use of Prenup Journey shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
